We do our best to process and deliver every order as quickly as possible. Please read the timelines below carefully before placing your order, especially if you need an item for an event, photoshoot, festival, performance, birthday, wedding, or any other fixed date.
IN-STOCK ITEMS
We ship within 2-7 working days from receipt of your order and payment. When we have shipped your order you receive a tracking number and confirmation of the courier service which we used. The courier service generally takes 2-5 working days to deliver to you depending on where you are located (we ship from Johannesburg.)
General Shipping Disclaimer
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, please note that all delivery dates and times provided on our website are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistical issues.

Most PUNK RAVE orders are fulfilled from our international warehouse. Fulfilment usually takes 2–7 working days after payment has been received and cleared. “Working days” means Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and South African public holidays.
Once your order has been fulfilled and handed to the courier, courier delivery time is additional. Courier timelines depend on the destination, courier network, customs/logistics movement where applicable, public holidays, weather, strikes, high-volume periods, and other factors outside our control.
Estimated order timeline
- Payment received and cleared.
- Order is processed and fulfilled: usually 2–7 working days.
- Order is dispatched and tracking is provided.
- Courier delivery takes place.
Please note that fulfilment time and courier delivery time are separate. The 2–7 working day fulfilment period is not the same as final delivery to your address.
Orders needed for events or fixed dates
If you need an item for a specific date, please contact us before placing your order so that we can advise whether the timing is realistic.
We do not guarantee delivery by a specific event date unless we have confirmed this to you in writing before you place your order. If you place an order too close to your event date, or if weekends/public holidays fall within the period, you accept the risk that the order may not arrive in time.
A missed event, delayed personal planning, or ordering too late does not qualify the order for a refund where the order is still being processed or delivered within our published timelines.
International warehouse fulfilment
Because many items are fulfilled from our international warehouse, occasional delays may occur due to supplier processing, customs, logistics, courier capacity, public holidays, strikes, high-volume periods, or other events outside our control.
We will assist where reasonably possible, but PUNK RAVE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers, couriers, customs, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Special order items
Where an item is marked as a special order, pre-order, made-to-order, custom order, or international warehouse item, please contact us before ordering if timing is important. These items may take longer than standard in-stock items.
